Hazy Day

Another small plein air piece I got the chance to do last Friday. I was going to paint a rather large boat that I saw docked near the edge of the Ohio River, but with no one around, and it being Friday the 13th, I wasn't taking any chances with that. It all seemed a little too creepy for me. So, I settled on this field over at Lunken Airport.

Flower Urn

This painting is a recent plein air that I did in a local park. I painted this late in the day when there was some very nice light outside.

Pastel Plein Air

Most of the time I paint in oils, but I also like to do pastels from time to time. This is a recent pastel plein air piece I did back in March.
